Designing how change happens

After a couple of years working in central government teams I noticed something. Individuals who had been through constant change didn’t respond the same way as other people I had worked with.

This wasn’t necessarily a problem, and to be expected in central government, in the politically volatile and shifting environment of a modern democracy, but it meant some of our tools and approaches weren’t working as expected. To address this we had to do some thinking and change approach, I wrote about this new challenge, designing for people and organisations who have change fatigue over on the TPXimpact design blog.
